Is my cholestrol level high?

I got blood test results yesterday and am worried about my results.. LDL 137.6 HDL 59.7 Total cholestrol 194.2. should i be worried?

Dear Patient,

Although your HDL levels and total serum cholesterol are in a good range your LDL levels are a little concerning. I would recommend that you reduce the amount of salt, spices, and oils in your meals. You should walk in a park or open space briskly but not fast, for twenty minutes, enough pace to make you sweat a little. Increase your intake of green leafy raw vegetables and water intake. If you feel concerned you may consult a specialist.
