Loose teeth

I feel like my teeth are loose and moving in front. It looks like my tongue is pushing them forward. When I look into the mirror, I can notice that one of my teeth has shifted. I do not know what happened and I am really scared. I try to brush my teeth at least once a day. Please help.

Kindly show a dentist at the earliest, there may be a cavity loosening your teeth.
Maintain good oral hygiene- brush after every meal using a “medium' toothbrush and applying gentle pressure
Gargle using Mouthwash before bed
Floss after every meal as this is the best way to clean teeth.
Take cac-1000 tablet once a day for 2 weeks and eat foods rich in calcium, vitamin D.
