Mental /Neuro Problem

My father is 70 years old. He has been patient of some mental issues since the age of 40. He is normal mentally in regular course but in every 7-10 years he got some attacks. It starts with tension on routine problems and he start to do anger and excessive talks. The anger and continuous talking keeps on increasing day by day. He starts to feel everyone his enemy. In this state, he does not sleep like 4, 4 consecutive days. He takes medicine 'Seizunil' but now condition is not in control.
