Mild Acne

Recently I had a chalazion on my eyelid one morning. Not after much time it got swollen and my whole eye is infected. I also have mild acne and I read that acne could be the cause of it, body producing oil. I hope you can give some insight on this?? Also I am 24 years old male if age & gender is needed
