Mild Psoriasis

I am 34 years old and I have these small white marks come and go. I have horrible joint pains but there is not actual inflammation in the scans yet. Has anyone had really mild psoriasis that started out looking like this with small roundish patches on legs slightly pink underneath and white on top? Thanks
