Misdiagnosed with gastric issue

I was misdiagnosed with gastric issue for 2 years and I was kept on gastric regime by several doctors but none of those regime responded. I have been fighting with these 3 problems and symptoms back burning, left shoulder back problem and chest pain. Is there anyway or proper treatment of getting rid of my chest pain and shoulder issue whether if it is happening because of Cervical Lymphadenopathy? Do i have to take painkillers for the rest of my life?

Could you please share what the diagnosis was and how did they realize its wrong? What were the tests done please shared scanned copies of it? I can answer your questions only when I have a full background. Cervical lymph cannot cause disease, its a sign that there's an infection in your head/neck area
I don't think you will need painkillers forever, they worsen gastric symptoms if taken unnecessarily for long periods. These symptoms aren't just caused by nothing. Proper diagnosis must be made so as to avoid extensive damage.
