Nose Bleeding

My 8 years old having nose bleeding( nakseer)quite often. What could be the reason? doctors kindly explain the cause and treatment for this thing.

What is he doing when it starts?

Is he putting his finger or any object in his nose? Sometimes these things can hurt the superficial vessels n make them bleed. Other times the skin inside the nose is generally thin and the blood vessels can bleed.

When it bleeds make him lie flat facing up, and head falling off the bed, pinch his nose tightly for 10-15mins after washing with cold water/ice chips. This should stop the bleeding. Keep a humidifier in his room at bedtime.if bleeding continues kindly see an ENT.
