nsaid and Hip pains

I took nsaids for arthritis pain until I had hip replacements. Eventually I developed bleeding from my gastrointestinal tract (never found the source despite several endoscopies and colonoscopies); I had to have transfusions of 4 units. I was told to never take NSAIDS again I used Tylenol off and on for normal pain. Recently I damaged the pitiformis muscle in my hip and Tylenol doesn't help at all.What should i do now? Help please
