Oral problem

I have bumps at the back of my tongue and that doesn't hurt buy I don't like it, also whenever eat, the food always tries to come back to my mouth,it feels like the food remains in my oesophagus......the bumps are two, one at the right while the second at left, on my tongue............. I read about acid reflux, I think it's the reason why my food keeps coming back to my mouth...my bumps look like the one in the picture

Dear Patient,

I'm sorry to hear that. They are inflamed tonsils it seems. Why don't you visit an ENT specialist for this issue?
Also, it would help to chew more and eat smaller meals and have small gulps of water in between. Walk after meals for 5-10mins. Avoid spicy and oily foods. Take fresh fruits, vegetables, and a little curd during the day. Write back to us in two weeks to tell us how you're doing.
