Thyroid level

Asked for Female, 29 years

What does it mean if some have normal TSH and FT4 but low FT3 on thyroid test results? Can some doctor interpret it?

Dear Patient,

Thank you for your query. T4 is the more active form of thyroid as compared to T3. There may be many reasons why this is low. Can you give me a little background of the patients history and sharereports? Or you could consider seeing an endocrinologist who can clinically connect the reports to the patient.

For further consultation, you can choose from our list of best Endocrinologists in Rawalpindi and seek in-person advice.
