Pain in Abdomen

Today I had pain in my upper abdomen which increased as it moved to lower abdomen. I also vomited soon after the pain. I am feverish too. What is it any suggestion?

Kindly tell us if you have eaten any outside or unusual food in the 24hrs before you got ill? How high is your fever? How many vomits did you have and was it all food or was there any unusual colored liquid too? How severe is your pain on a scale of 1-10? Has it increased in intensity?
