Pain in Calf Muscle

From yesterday i have severe pain in my front calf ( the muscle which is in front with the calf ) of both legs. Even if I move my feet in an upward direction it hurts the front calf muscle and if I move my feet down it hurts the back calf giving an uncomfortable feeling. Plz guide

I'm so sorry to hear that. Did you hurt yourself? Did it start suddenly? Kindly answer these questions so we can guide you accordingly. Kindly take tablet ponstan forte twice a day for 5days. Apply voltral gel to the affected area and do hot fomentations after at least 30mins of it. If this doesn't help you kindly show an orthopedic for relief.
