Pain in Chest

I am male 34 years old. Recently out of nowhere, I get a sharp pain in my chest near the heart. I get so worried about it that my hearts beat so fast that I can feel it beating. I even avoid coughing hard due to fear of this. What should I do?

Just relax. It is normal to experience a muscular spasm. If you regularly feel this way and if you check your BP and find the readings unusual then you must go for a cardio checkup. Otherwise, if this is a one-time occurrence then it's best you ignore it.
