Pain in Ear

I have pain in my right ear. The pain feels above and below my ear area. It gets better when I grind my teeth but in general, I have continuous pain and the ear feels like it is closed. I do not have any infection or anything. The only thing at present is I have a slightly inflamed tonsil for which I am using antibiotics. The other thing is I am using antibiotics anxiety tablet Rivotril 12.5

The ear fullness you feel is secondary to your tonsilitis. One end of the ear opens into the back of the throat, and hence the fullness of your throat feels its in the ear too. Once your dose is complete and tonsillitis has healed then let us know if you feel better.
