Please specify if these readings were while fasting (before breakfast) or random(which should be at least 2hrs after meals). If these were less than 2hrs after a meal then a high reading can be expected.
Its best to test CBC, serum vitamin D and HbA1c and then see a medical dr or child specialist with these reports and previous ones.
It may be likely that the child is anemic or deficient in vitamin D that's causing this pain.
Apply brufen gel to her legs before bed, give calpol syrup at bedtime. Hope this helps.
