Pain in Stomach

Pain in stomach appears at different time interval. Just noticed belly button outside like swollen or what cannot differentiate but is hard and little bit outside just Iike in pregnancy. What could be the reason?

Have you had a c section? Did you lift something heavy recently?
Try lying down flat and have someone observe your naked belly. Now cough with full force while lying flat, did the swelling move? If yes, then you would likely need to see a general surgeon for this seems like a hernia perhaps. We can only be sure once you see a specialist! Good luck.
