Pain near the Heart

My uncle has severe pain near his heart .. He is not able to sit and stand properly just because of this pain. Doctors did not say anything about his pain because reports are normal .. but he has severe pain still .. so kindly suggest and help me what should we do ?

Dear Patient,

Since reports are normal this seems like muscular pain. Apply fastum gel on the affected area 3 times a day. After a 30min gap does warm compression using a hot towel. Take tablet brexin twice a day for 5 days.
