Piles or what?

I was having loose bowels for few days and then I started feeling sort of skin which I think is fissure or pile I don't know I told this to doctor he gave me a suppository to use and till then I didnt know I was pregnant I got to know next day. So Am I suppose to take suppository? Any other safe remedies for this problem I am not feeling pain anymore unless I sit on floor I feel a little pain but I do feel some sort of skin there and I am very much worried will this be ok?
