Puss in armpits

I had my armpit hair pulled. Now there is a collection of puss and it hurts when I move my arm. I have been like this for more than a week. Please suggest what would be better cream or oral medication?

Dear Patient,

Apply mycitracin ointment 2-3 times a day. Keep armpit clean and dry and wash thoroughly with Dettol soap.
Take augment 625mg three times a day for 7,10, or 14 days till pus dries up. Take tablet brufen 400mg twice a day for pain for a week. If things don't improve consult a skin specialist.
