Pyria Problem

Salam. I & my mother both are suffering from Pyria (bleeding from gums). Especially in the Holy month of Ramzan, we face very much difficulty due to Fasting. I have done scaling & also we are using mouth wash but its not working. I used cotton under my teeth after sehri to prevent a bleeding drop in the throat. Any other solution/suggestion required from Doctor. Plz, Help.

I'm sorry to hear that. You have vitamin C deficiency. Eat foods rich in vitamin C like oranges and lemons. Take any good multivitamin rich in vitamin C to replace your low levels. You can discontinue it once the bleeding improves. Also, use a soft brush and brush extremely softly.
