Rashes in Mouth

My father has been suffering from a problem. His mouth gets rashes when he eats anything and this has been happening from 2 months now. He went to a doctor twice and has been prescribed a cream that isn’t effective. Please suggest any home remedy? Any tests that we need to conduct?

What is the name of the cream? Can you please attach a photo of the rashes?
Are the rashes constant or do they come and go? Is there any boil or discharge coming from them? Any particular foods that you think have triggered it? Is it anywhere else in his body?
I'm not sure of any home remedies, you may find some online but it's best to show him to an ENT for further workup. I can imagine the medication not working is frustrating but this is the only way out to keep consulting the right people and getting a treatment that works. Kindly get his blood CBC, ESR and B12 levels tested.
