Rehemutioud arthritis

Hi have been diagnosed with rehemutioud arthritis. Right now it is mainly in right wrist and leg. Slightly less in left wrist and leg. Plus shoulders. I am taking the meds to reduce inflammation pain and increase mobility. I just wanted to know if any precautions can be taken or tips to not let it effect my work. Right now it is painful for sitting and working at laptop..
