Severe pain in knees

I have a swear pain in both knee. and related muscels. X-rays are normal according to doctors. They said k knee weak hain weakness hai isliy pain hoty hai jb neechy utho betho ya stairs charho. They give me handfull madicine but I don't want take too much medicines.What I do for strong knee. Shich vitamin are need for me. My age is 25..weight is 64 height is 5.3.
