Severe pain in mouth

I have severe pain in my 1 side of the mouth. I think it's my gums or jaws pain may be its swollen .. I can't open my mouth to eat food also.even if I'm talking its also giving me pain while opening my mouth.. can anyone doctor tell me what's this pain?

Dear Patient,

Im sorry to hear this, seems like an infection/inflammation of the gums. Rinse your mouth with lukewarm water and salt three times a day especially after meals. Take tablet ansid twice a day. Kindly see a dentist.
