Sleep Problem

I dream a lot, It's one after another, & eventually, I wake up with a heavy head as if I didn't sleep at all. What could be the reason, how to get rid of this. It's been ages I had a peaceful sleep. Please suggest.

You have to rule out any stress factor. Oversleeping or over exhaustion could be the cause.
