Sore Throat

Baby got runny tummy since Monday (4-5 watery motions per day), his pediatrician suggested KYB diet i-e; banana, yogurt, khichri but he’s developed a sore throat and coughing with a wheezing sound; what should I do know and what foods can I give him? I guess yogurt and yogurt water caused sore throat.
