Sounds in Ear

Seems like after your recent bath some water has lodged itself behind your earwax and is causing that sound. It should come out itself along with wax. If not then put a drop or two of Glycerin ear drops in your ear to soften the wax. Use this once daily and then after 2-3 days wash your ear with distilled warm water to wash out the remaining wax. Its better to visit an ENT if you feel this is difficult for you to manage.
