Spots on Teeth

Although I daily brush my teeth but there are brown spots on corners of teeth even I use hardest brush but spots remain. Plus my teeth is breaking from tip and there are cracks in two teeth. Any dentist who can give me further guidance?

Dear Patient,

You will need scaling to remove these marks permanently.
Using a hard brush or brushing aggressively can damage the enamel of teeth and should be avoided. Use a “medium' toothbrush and any good toothpaste with fluoride; floss and use mouthwash regularly.
You should use CAC-1000 one per day for a month and consult with one of our dentists for further treatment.
