Stammering Problem

My son 6.8 years start stammer badly from last few months I'm so worried about how to handle this issue?? Suggest any specialist for this.

Dear Patient,

It must be really stressful for you. I believe this situation can be handled by a combined effort of two kinds of people- child psychologist to know what triggered this and a speech therapist because if the problem has been triggered and isn't due to emotional stress then the speech therapist can guide him accordingly. I would recommend meeting a child psychologist once or twice at least to see if it's helpful if you feel reluctant due to cost and time consumption.
