Stomach Ache and Anxiety

I'm having a stomach ache when I specifically over think about something, or something comes up which is highly sensitive about. Are these signs of anxiety? Its been almost 2 and a half month I haven't slept properly., I don't eat much at all. Eating makes me nauseous. Kindly suggest some good doctors go to. I can't pinpoint whether its anxiety or depression.

I'm sorry to hear this. We can't say you have anxiety or depressive disorders without testing but these are early signs of being anxious more than usual. Look into meditation, yoga, body scan and mindfulness. There are also apps on the phone for it. Consider seeing a psychologist who will cure you through discussion rather than a psychiatrist.
