If you haven't taken pantoprazole in two weeks then do a Stool test for H Pylori antigen. If its positive that means you have a stomach bacteria causing more acidity- this can be treated easily.Also, take frequent small meals rather than less large meals- avoid spicy, oily and outside food- take vegetables, fruits and yogurts in your daily diet. Sleep at least 2hrs after dinner and walk for 10-15mins after food to help it go down. Use 2-3 pillows to sleep on to avoid food coming back up to your mouth. Hope these help.
