Take soft foods like khichri, banana, applesauce, sagoodana. Take yogurt and ispaghol (2-3times) daily. Avoid outside food. Wash hands before every meal. Take before sachet after every loose stool. If motions are a lot take ORS sachet, one glass after every stool. If motions are continuous or you have fever/vomit kindly see a gastro immediately or go to ER.
