Stones in gallbladder

Can any dr. guide me what treatment is recommended at this condition & what type of food is recommended for such patient. Multiple stones in the gall bladder Diabetics Having pains since few days especially after having food. Should we rush for surgery as the patient is not cooperating at all.

Dear Patient,

I'm sorry to hear that. The doctor may not recommend surgery at this point but observation of this condition is necessary. He needs to eat simple light homecooked foods with thin gravy, low spices and oils. Till you don't seek some medical treatment he will only feel worse. If the doctor recommends surgery in the future he will need it as there are risks from having stones in the gallbladder to your other organs as well. Kindly consult a general surgeon or atleast a gastroenterologist.
