Swollen Gums

I have been suffering from a swollen, bleeding and receding gums. I tried Sensodyne mouthwash, but I want more advice. I dread going to the dentist. I really do not want to lose my tooth. The top bone area is currently exposed. I really need help, please.

Dear Patient,

I wish you attached a photo so we could see this exposed bone you mention. You donot need to treat the problem but you can go for a simple consult from a specialist so u know what the problem is.
Bleeding and swollen gums are often a sign that some food is stuck in that area causing these problems. Deficiency of vitamin B complex and vitamin C causes this. Brush with “medium' toothbrush with gentle pressure, use mouthwash regularly, take tablet cecon 500mg daily for 2weeks, take 1tbsp syrup lederplex once a day. Eat fruits and veggies rich in Vitamin C.
