Swollen gums

So my daughter is having swollen gums and because of that, she's unable to eat. I've been applying some gel prescribed by Dr but no use. It's been 5 days now. Shall I take her to a dentist or another Dr? Please recommend who?

Kindly describe when and how the gums swell?
Is there any bleed as well? or blisters?

Start giving vitamin Cac1000 effervescent tablets 1 daily or CaC chewable tablets to the child for at least a month
- give maximum fruits like guava, oranges, pineapples, apples to the baby in diet
-start giving 1 tablespoon of syrup bisleri as an iron supplement for 3 months
