Teeth Problem

I'm so much worried about my teeths. Why my teeths smells and bleed even after few month of Scaling? Even smells right after one day of scaling I asked the denstist she said you have bridge uski waja se smell ati hai. I brush twice a day even after this i face smell and blood. What should I do? We change brushes frequently and switch to different toothpastes i.e colgate,closeup,signal etc.

Dear Patient,

Continue taking care of your teeth, brush gently. Bleeding gums may be due to brushing hard or low vitamin C. Increase intake of citrus foods.
Bad breath can also be due to H pylori bacteria in the stomach. Do you have reflux or upset stomach often? If so test your stool for H pylori. This can be treated easily with antibiotics.
Floss and use mouthwash regularly as well after meals.
