Throat Congestion

I woke up in the morning with wheezing, throat congestion, and cough. The cough was not dry but with mucus. It looks like the weather has triggered it. I have experienced this condition previously at the same time of the year. I also feel some heaviness in the chest. Please suggest a solution

Dear Patient,

Seasonal allergies are common. Kindly nebulize with 1cc normal saline mixed with 1 cc atom twice a day. Alternatively, you can take steam with Vicks twice/day.
please take 1 tablet softin at night for 5 days. For cough take syrup reltus 2tbsp, three times a day.
Avoid dust, smoke, cold and sour foods.
