Hearing siren voices in ears, one heavy vertigo also came, sir bhat bharey rehta Eyesight disturbed hai jb say ye hua, Please, anyone can tell why is that so? Is it tinnitus? Or what?

Tinnitus basically means ringing in ears. It could be any type of sound. So you are having both vertigo and tinnitus. Is your hearing also affected?
