Tongue Blisters

Can some doctor please guide about small tongue blisters (hard to capture in picture) but its very painful and I could not eat or drink properly (except for water) .. feel like touching ice cold water all the time on tip of my tongue. Is it due to fried items in Ramadan!? What are the causes and treatment? It was on tip of my tongue from last two days and now started in the middle of my tongue too. Took folic acid tonight and nothing else Thanks
