Tonsil Stones

I have tonsil stones. I occasionally get them after 2-3 months. They cause strong bad breath. Some people avoid talking to me. I'm losing my self-esteem and confidence due to it. I feel embarrassed while talking to people thinking that I'm making them uncomfortable. Is there any solution or home remedy for them except for surgery? I'm 17 years old and have this problem since early 2018.

Dear Patient,

I'm sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, nothing else is a permanent solution except for surgery. Why are you not considering surgery? It is fairly simple and will give you a life free of tonsils forever! It would also mean you won't have bad breathe, sore throat, etc as often! It's a win-win situation.
Also try using mouthwash in lukewarm water to gargle. This might delay the stone accumulation by some weeks if done daily.
