Tooth Cavity

I don't have a sweet tooth and yet I am noticing bone loss/tooth decay in my teeth. I lost a small piece of one of my lower molars 4 days before I delivered my baby girl in March. And now I have a cavity (a tiny dark hole) in one of my upper molars. I am worried about my teeth health now. Please tell me what to do for the broken molar as well as the one with a cavity. And suggest what might be the problem? Is it calcium deficiency? What do I do to cure it?
