Tooth pain

Tooth pain. I am suffering from severe 'pre-molar panic issue'. Even its swelling has prevailed over whole cheek but still it feels so difficult in eating food. Medicines already been used are; Velocef 500mg and Froben 100mg. Kindly recommend best one to relieve this pain or any alternate to these?
