Ulcer in Mouth

I am male 34 years old. I am having ulcer inside my mouth. They are small but painful and appear red. This is the second time I got it in three months. What should I do to avoid getting this again?

Dear Patient,

I'm sorry to hear that. Find out what triggers it? Nuts, seafood, beef etc? Avoid those. Hydrate a lot. Maintain good oral hygiene, wash hands and food thoroughly before consuming. Avoid sharing food with others.
Take vitamin B12 supplement once a day for few weeks. If these measures don't help consider seeing a medical specialist.
