Unstable BP

A few months back I got sick on my way back to the office when I woke up I found myself in the ICU of a hospital. The doctor said that this happened due to high blood pressure. At first the doctor thought I had Epilipsy so he ran down numerous tests. All the tests went clear. Today morning I got a severe headache so I got my BP checked again. My question is, what can be the consequences of an unstable BP?

Im sorry to hear this.
Unstable BP has multiple consequences. Blood pressure (bp) is derived from the force and flow of blood across our body and all organs. If it raises/falls drastically one can:
Faint
Hemorrhage externally/internally
Feel dizzy
Organ damage can occur
Heart attack/stroke etc are some of the severe consequences.
It is advisable to take less salt or avoid salt if your bp is so high, to consider meeting a renowned doctor for analysis and maintain brisk walk 20-30mins for 3-5days of the week atleast. Avoid cigarette n fatty foods. Eat green veggies n fresh fruits. Aavoid stress n maintain hydration with >14glasses water
