Upset Stomach due to Medicine

I am female and using Diclofenac for my knee pain. It helps with the knee but I now have an upset stomach and am gassy most of the time. Can you recommend me some other medicine without these effects?

Dear Patient,

Any painkiller taken long-term can cause this problem. What is the reason for this pain? Can physiotherapy/surgery not cure it? How often do you take painkillers? You can take capsule risek 40mg before breakfast to help with acidity. And switch to tablet nuberol forte to help with pain. if possible switch to SOS use rather than regular use.
