Vomiting and Anxiety

When I wake up in the morning I feel good but from around 6 to 7 pm I feel like vomiting and anxiety as well just like the feeling of blood pressure low. Current bp is 90/75.

Dear Patient,

Since when has this started? What job do you do? What's your anxiety related to? Has there been a recent change in your life or is there one about to be? Do you think consulting a good general physician or therapist would help? I would recommend stepping out and talking to a doctor one on one before things get worse.
As for low bp, hydrate well has 14 glasses of water daily. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Running, yoga, meditation, and exercises can help. Develop a healthy routine.
