Vomiting and Diarrhea

After eating from a restaurant a day before I had vomiting and diarrhea There is a pain in my stomach and whole body aches. I did take a dose of Flagyl but nothing improved. Anything to help…

Dear Patient,

You have acute food poisoning. Take tablet gravinate and nospa forte three times a day for 5days before food. Take tablet Flagyl 400mg three times a day after meals for 5days. If you have a fever then you need to take two tablets panadol thrice a day after a meal and also tablet novidat 500mg twice a day after meals for five days. If vomiting doesn't stop, visit a nearby hospital for a gravinate injection.
