Vomiting and lose motion

Salam doctors !please need help. My 20 months old daughter is facing a regular problem of loose motions and vomiting at least twice or thrice each month. medicines like cefixime, metrozine, zincate and gravinate temporary resolve the issue. Why is she so vulnerable to this gastro? I feed her 2 to 3 times top feed of fresh milk daily. Genetically we all have gastrointestinal problems. What is the permanent solution to her problem, blood tests are clear.

Dear Patient,

I'm sorry to hear that. Have you dewormed her? Such small kids have a weak intestinal lining. Avoid outside foods, give more yogurt and less fresh milk if you feel she's got a weak stomach, give more probiotics and avoid foods that trigger her diarrhea. Also, discuss with her child specialist about deworming her every six mths once your child's stomach is completely ok.
