- Sleep apnoea: Bromazepam relaxes throat muscles and can worsen breathing pauses during sleep.
- Myasthenia gravis: Lexotanil tablet can intensify existing muscle weakness in these patients.
- Substance use disorder: Patients with a history of addiction face a significantly higher risk of dependence on Lexotanil tablets.
- Pregnancy: Lexotanil tablet is not recommended during pregnancy as it may harm the developing baby.
- Breastfeeding: Bromazepam passes into breast milk; a doctor must be consulted before use while nursing.
