Psychiatric illness like depression, anxiety, OCD etc. are usually managed with medication, psychotherapies and behavioural therapies but in some patients they are resistant and does not get better with routine treatment options. Such patients have huge files with prescriptions of different doctors but nothing is helping them. for such patients we have a good news. In twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad we have introduced this FDA approved treatment for resistant patients which is called transcranial magnetic stimulation.
